Can someone please tell me all of the different housing options? Kind of a stupid question, I know, but I would like to know what the houses are lower than mine as well as how much the cost.

You can just sell your house to see the housing options available in each town.

u do not have to sell ur house...

all u gotta do is go to the explore option and click estate agency

it will then show u the houses available to b bought in that district

if u wanna see the houses in other districts u need to travel

but in order to travel u need to meet certain lvl requirments

and once u do travel all u gotta do is go to the estate agency again...

and look at the houses

True, you would have to sacrifice your happiness to see the houses that are lower than yours. You can always see the houses that are available which are better than your current house. Only certain houses are available in each zone, as Inferno said.
Since your question expressly asked about houses lower than your current house, the only ways for you to get that info is to ask someone who has no house to travel around and send you what is available in each zone, or to do that yourself.
