As more people get to the higher positions in their job, there may be instances where they will prefer a "lower" job over a "higher" one. An example might be assistant manager to manager of the fast food joint. The battle stat gains are more for AM than manager, but manager gets rep.
Is there a way to be able to chose which position we get promoted to?
