Does anybody have an idea how long it takes for a gang to come back to fair (declarable position) after they have been overrun?

Like does it take 30 minutes? 1 hour for the the full refresh? Any helped would be greatly appreciated!

I think the hideout refresh rate is affected by the activity level of the gang members so it depends. And also if the gang has invested in the Increase Hideout Defense Refresh Rate upgrade.

Okay, refresh IS every 5 minutes. However this "refrsh" of gang hideout hp is ranged. The more upgrades you purchase with gang points the better the refresh. Just look at Enrico Balazar's gang. Insane repair per refresh. Hope this helps.

I am around the 2 1/2 or 3 hour refresh rate normally. But yes, I think it may be gang member activity as well. Sometimes I am a little less than that. Not sure how long from negative to 100%. Don't think I ever got that high. LOL
