I have a friend who forgot her password and cant login, what should she do?

we also just found out she is inactive because she has not been able to log in for 2 weeks is there a way to activate an inactive account, please help.

once she logs in she will be active again. as for the password, you should message Zen explaining the problem, make sure to tell her your friends name and ID number and she can probably send it to the email she registered with

Yes Zen can do that, she did it with me. That's why I came back It just took me forver to get my e-mail back seing as the password expired and I got locked out and it's military and I didn't want to wait 45 min on the phone with the help desk LOL.

DARN military stuff. LOL I started a game when I was on a ship in '00-'04. I was able to play it pretty good and even go into Vacation Mode. Bad thing was that I lost the military email when I left that command. HEHE
