How often do you attack with it?

Do you use it frequently, or reserve it for special occasions?

I've only ever used it once. My opponent never bothered me again. As textual fights go, the end was pretty gruesome, pretty graphic.

I'm curious to know the general ettiquete most players use with this particular weapon in thier arsenal.
