so i have a resistance modifier, and when i train resistance i get less points, but i also have an accuracy modifier, but no loss of points there. When you train your modified stat do you get less return on your workout?

typically i get 15-16 pts for all trains except my resistance which is 11-12
is this a bug?

i dont think it is a bug..resistance is harder to train and i thing everyone gets less than usual when training resistance

i get 3.9-4.2 points for res right now, but i get 5 points for the other stats

No bug. And cyberware doesn't affect gym trains, only refresh rates.

yes. all cyberware drops your humanity rating. your refresh rate depends partly on humanity. the higher your humanity the faster you refresh.

For happiness, the refresh rate is (your lvl / 2*) + your humanity score **

* rounded up, so lvl 17 / 2 = 8.5 so you refresh 9
** rounded down, so 5.75 = 5 humanity to add to the first part

In this example it would be 17 / 2 (8.5 so 9) + 5.75 (so 5) = 14 per 5 minutes.
