is it just be or do you start to get less career points th longer you work a job? if so would it get to point where id get 1 or 0 points per hours? is there a way to get mor eper hour again? when would be a godo time to use those poinst on pfomotion and not on upgrading stats?

I have noticed the higher the rank of the career, the more career points you get at a time. I use to get 30-35 for 12 hours, now I get more than that a day on rank 2.

I get more points too. However, I noticed when I dinged 19 that I have to spend an extra AP for each hour of OT. UGH!!!!!!!!!

well im sure you get more points as you rank up in your career but my question was if you stay at rank 1 do the point you get decrease as you gain lvls?

You mean like, if you'll get less points at level 12 then you do at 8? No but not all the jobs gives the same base amount of points for working.

The AP required to work does though, increase as you level up, just like everything else in the game, it is balanced so players with 10, 30 and 75 AP can do around the same amount of this or that with full AP.

oh wlel teh reason i asked was because when i first started working i always got around 40.. now these days im luck to get past 36 lol

36 is really close to 40... for most jobs, the average points at level 1 is 3 points per hour, so 3 X 12 = 36, that sounds about right.. the numbers fluctuate, so some days youll get like 50 points and some days youll get like 25. it happens
