Has anyone been inactive for any amount of time and came back to find that their humanity rating had decreased? I believe that this has happened to me.
I went inactive for a few weeks and came back to find that my humanity had decreased by around 2 points.

No. If you were inactive you shouldn't have gotten the .01 hum per day. And if you were attacked alot and they lost and you leveled up, you should have gotten .1 hum.
