Hey Guy sorry if this has been answered before, but I searched the forums and could not find a concrete answer.

I'm having trouble with the specifics of work xp, career rank, and all that entails.

I know what ranks do for you, they give you more work points.

So I spend those work points into work xp, will this take me up in rank once I hit 500 work points(I'm in Military) aquired, or do I need to save them, and once I hit 500 work points a new option for conversion or what ever will come up to raise my rank.

You save them up to 500, but first you have to have lvl 2 work experience.
