My best shot, is still spray painting a dime orange, taking it 150 yards. Mounting it, and shooting that thing. Guys told me to try again, but I stopped while I was ahead, luck, yes, skill, somewhat. Still, best shot ever.

My best shot ever took two shots.

~550 yds out and ~100 down... Gopher sitting on a little mound.

My flags showed a fairly uniform breeze. I adjusted and fired. The wind changed half way out and the round missed about 2 feet right.

The gopher ran to the spot the round hit and kicked up some dust, curious about what sort of bug was there to eat perhaps.

"Oh goody! Dont move." I thought as I quickly worked the bolt on my rifle.

Just as I pulled the trigger again he heard the first shot.

He froze, right where he was and looked straight towards my ledge. I can only describe the look on his face as an "Oh Crap" look.

A half second later he was a little pink cloud.
