I don't even understand what hou are asking. If they are in critical after the fight, it was close. If you had to stim out, you're a loser. Stimming out gives you half health since that's how the game's ran for eons.

Learn to use periods, then try again, if my answers didn't answer what jumbled up shit you were trying to ask.
