Idk its more 19.6ish but i guess im just not that active. But im almost always poi'd up for crime and cash earned and i usually am. The last three years has been most of it

Edit: ive only crimed for a total of 18 mil in seven years. Lower levels who get shit for crime can prolly afford ds and little else unless they donate. Once the school dev points stop its pretty much donate quit or get stuck with a shitty weapon.

Fuck weapons, pure battle stats ftw! Id rather have overpowered stats and a mid end range weapon (about 15/16 end) than a high one but lost a lot of money getting to it, id rather use those monies for better housing/refreshes

But yeah an average of 100k a day is feasible, so the max anyone should get without refresh or mugs should be about 3m ish

I dont see how thats probable. On my most active day i might clear 70crimes. Out of that, only 58 will be green. Thats only little better than 60 at best. Considering that im not 70 23ap crimes active every day, its much less. And im rather active compare to a majority of ppl based on the POI.

Candies and clovers dont count and any refreshes dont count
