Hey there are 2 level 40 weapons: ionized whip and a set of ares guns.
Don't pay the crazy prices at the items market.
each weapon costs 500k + 8k to get to the lvl 40 city.

i will sell them to anyone for 508k + a handling fee of 50k.

By the way, it's only a rumor that there are houses for sale in level 40(decatur beach). There are no houses for sale.

There is a Beachhouse there as far as I can tell. I just checked to confirm and it shows on my screen.

I stand corrected. The estate agency had nothing for sale last night but definitely has a beach house for sale now.
