Say if you wanted to declare a war you could pick how long hours or mins and it would declare for you on the time you picked and you could pick a time ands hit a button and it would pick random gang if you wanted ad it would be nice if you could do this for egular combat when you action points or health is low you could pick attack in how many mins or hours and then if were online during that time you had a btter chance to win the fight it affects you if your online away or offline away ytour chances decrease of winning offline it decreases even more
