Seeing as Endurance is one of the bigger limiters to job promotions, someone could legitimately want to be a cashier but not be able to get it because the promotion auto-promotes you to the highest level you qualify for.
Can the auto-promotion prompt you to choose what you want to be qualified for instead? That way someone could choose a "lower" job if they had a specific reason to. |
