How about private gang training facility that gives you a slight bonus when training...the longer you stay in a gang the better your training bonus

I AGREE. as i said before, this is how awakenedlands works:

Donate your $$ to affect the AL game.

donate your AL action points to play the War game

in some SMALL way, war affects your AL Game (but not really).

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS. DO NOT TRY TO STRAY FROM THIS SYSTEM AND ADD GOOD IDEAS

Another training idea that I've always liked is a bonus for being in the "right" district (i.e. the highest one you can be in.). IMO this would concentrate people in the less populated districts and kind of solve problems with people who just hosp noobs for the sake of it.

Whatever leniency I extended to you and your comrades before, may have been in error. If you persist in halting our course, we will burn your pathetic fleet down to the last man.
