Hospitalization Skills (offensive & defensive) just because
Crime Skills ( increasing money from crimes and crime success )
Career skills ( increasing effectiveness of career abilities and career point gain ( possibly stat conversion rate)

I'm bored and thinking about skills I wish I could train but don't exist. T
maybe a Mod skill that can be trained

how about jail busting skills? helps for bust success rate and the length of the bust.

a new skill to help you maintain your weapon. fine tune your gun sight, sharpens the bladed weapons, re strap the handle on the blunt ones or cleans the barrel of the shotgun. just a thought.
