the thing that i think alot of people fail to realise is that as the number of active players decreases gangs become less valuable because demand for them goes down and there is an over supply of them. So your gang which you put so much effort to you often is worth less than what you think. with this in mind i will give you 50k for it.

The supply is unaffected by the playerbase. Demand, however, is affected.
