Hey all....every time i get fresh outta jail, it throws me right back with the heading that I needed a refresher course with Bubba.

Innuendoes aside, is there any way to avoid this from happening?

don't use your refresh button. there's certain pages that don't like you refreshing them. thus the "refresher"course.
