I have wondered many times why there are people sitting in jail with alot of time for commiting a crime without trying to bust themselves out. I tried the 22AP crime, got caught and was told I am in maximum security and I had to wait until I had 249 minutes or less.
Can anyone tell me if it is random for the Max Sec part for high crimes or is the 250 minutes and greater standard for it? Thanks all.

The Maximum Security deals more with your level. If you have more min in jail than you are able to bust, you are considered in Max Security.

heres my wild assumption, and the math is probably off, but you get the idea


your level X 20 minutes is the amount of time you can bust somebody out


that time X 70% or 75% is your own personal max.

i believe zenith recently changed the personal max because when i last did the calculation it was exactly 75% of the max you can bust someone out for, but you get the idea. you can bust yourself out for less than you can bust out someone else
