its says you only feel the effects in attacks if you are over 1.

i certainly think i can tell a difference when im at .85 or .75.

anyone else? or am i just imagining this?

I found I was fine until I changed armor and it weighed me down even though I was not above 1. The heavier you are I believe you will find it affects you so I have been working on strength and endurance to lower than number.

The truth shall set you free  .Its been known for ages that the encumerance code doesent work properly.Over 1? Nah no way ive seen real adverse affects in pvp when encumberance has been 0.8 as opposed to 0.5. My advise stay in a comfort zone around0.5/0.7.

honestly it does make sense that no matter what your encumbrance is, you're going to suffer negatively from it. a slower target is always going to be an easier target, imo...

The encumbrance effects only kick in when your rating is over 1. If it's below 1 then the code is ignored for simplicity.

Don't forget gang combat bonus, armor shielding, attack type, career bonuses, and the newly added gang protection option can all affect the outcome of a fight.
