you have to have an active warning for it to be shown. and it still only shows the most recent four.

nope, they are pretty much worthless. i would have never seen the warnings either if i hadn't changed my sig today. rather flawed system.

no one ever goes to their preferences screen for anything except once in a great while. both of these things are displayed there and only there.
or some kind of "flag" that says you have been warned or have a forum pm when you go the forums.
