is it true that you only use one of the weapons you have equiped? if I had a knife and a gun I would just use one of them? I thought it would be beneficial to carry both? You can't use a gun in all circumstances...sometimes you need to have a big ole knife in your pocket, am I wrong? If this is true then I wasted alot of my money buying a knife when I already had a gun...

the current line of thought is the best weapon is the one used by default...therefore most people train to ranged because they are easier to train to at first. The true verdict is still out on which way to go...I equip both, but I have the stats to use both equally and do nearly the same damage

actually, I've seen it written and been told that if you equip 2 weaps the game chooses one at random when you're attacked. If you have a Knife and an AK4758 you may end up holding a knife.
