And to think people actually cared about work.

funny, i'm in the army at fort carson.

i hold work to be in high-esteem and games to be a good relaxer when work is finished, and only after it is finished.

but what do i know i'm only 21 and joined the military after highschool graduation 2-3 weeks later.

give it a few years and depending on your field of work you will change

I once worked at a job that had their network people come in once a week and create a list of every website accessed on the work computers with times and which terminal. no fun allowed.

LOL!!!

I manage the drafting/engineering department at the bkm woodshop (as in bkm total office....nationwide company, we are the only woodworking division for them).

The filters there are so tight that everytime we do a search for something like "table legs" it gets blocked as possible porn, and a "5 knuckle hinge" get blocked for possible violence....LMAO!!! I have to call them almost daily to unblock sites....and the refuse to leave them unblocked....lol

i don't think the chances of them unblocking game sites is very good if they won't even allow the filter to let through legitimate vendor sites...LOL

no doubt....i have a high work ethic, but sometimes ya just gotta stop staring at the work or you lose your sanity. once upon a time, i didn't feel that way....but now, i value the integrity of my mental state (no comments...lol Razz)
