A while back somebody suggested changing the color of the banner at the top of the screen to identify what district your in(or something like that). I think its a good idea, and a quick, easy change. It would really help lazy people like me, and people using cell phones. Yes, no, maybe?

ps- we could also make it so you can switch it off under the preference link
