so i saw u put some new tougher npc in balazaars gang. i know the upper lvls need some targets cuz us chumps and low lvls have shit loads of inactives to hit, but they can be hard to find if u dont know ppl to hook u up with lists.

how about an inactive users list, since inactives arent in the normal user list?
