When u berserk the other person, was he Online at that time? If he was, then thats definitely retaliation.

The other person did hit you while you were off line. That surely didn't take anything out of your play time. If someone berserk me while I am playing I would be piss too.

I would say, Swallow your pride and just apologize. Or, make some high level friend to look after you. I made my case. Smile
