I searched the forums and couldn't really find a related post.

Does anyone know exactly what affects happiness use while training? i.e. 300 happiness (full) and you train all your energy and it goes to 160 happiness, then you wait for happiness to refresh (based on humaninty).

What affects it dropping the 140 in this example? Is it related to endurance? Is it just a random number based to how much energy used?
