What's the difference? Especially since he ONLY leveled in hope to "extort" some cash from other players and needed god knows how many mails to make sure Zen would have a new district with new armors.

I have nothing against the guy, he works hard and didn't buy his way through but seriously, next person to whine because he didn't get a tag at 60 will see that I can be an ass if you get too annoying.
