To be an evil doer, first you will have to have quite good stats. Preferably top 10 or top 20 overall. You will have to have good verbal skills, and hopefully crave the tingling feeling you get from intimidating others.

Please feel free to either select yourself or someone you know for the spot of top bad boy.
Key to success: "Dress everyday like you're gonna get murdered in those clothes.
