What I am proposing is a small addition of 0.1 to one aspect of each of the careers.

This small change would be easy for Zen to code, and not give anyone anything for free as you would still have to work to achieve your goals, but it reduces the time taken for certain goals by half, while still being beneficial to those in other careers with different goals.
