There isn't any discount on stims when they go larger to cover more minutes.

Small = 10 minutes and 500$
Medium = 50 minutes and 2500$ (5x500]
Large = 100 minutes and 5000$ (10x500 or 2x2500)

If there where some sort of discount I am sure they could be worth it, however the 20k travel fee to get to a possible level 60 district will eat that profit up, unless you decide to buy quite a lot of them. Sorry to shot down the idea.

Same with the snack food to improve health, however there it could make you have to refresh less pages if there were 1000hp bars. Since people will start to reach 3000hp, and if yourself on 100hp during a gang war you might need to heal up in order to not be an easy target.
