I dont think you should pick a class based on the 4 basic skills.

Go after the heavy skills, like Endurance, Intelligence, Work XP or Reputation.

PE400 gives out 100Endurance and 20 reputation

PE300 gives 100Endurance

and thats a nice little boost on youre training rates, while you train dexterity, cause those two classes takes 2months and 10days to complete, and in that time you will have a chance to train up 3-4000 in dex lol
