To figure out your percentage, take the number you get of energy per refresh, times it by 12 per hour, times it by 24 hours. Then take this total and divide it into you days total of energy spent.

For example: My energy refreshes 9 every 5 minutes. So 9 times 12 is 108 per hour times 24 hours is 2592. I used a total of 2518 energy yesterday. 2518 divided by 2592 is 97.15%.
