I just had a brilliant idea about missions that could be implemented and it would also be original as far as i am aware.

Missions will be randomly generated to random people at different in the form of letter from bosses eg you get a mail from Fat Tony telling you he wants you to kill ID 100 who will be a npc the missions are not level based therefore you dont have to wait till you level to do a mission they just happen when ever...
