Too many vague rules and too much bizarre protective coding has turned what should be a black and white game into a big stinking mess of brown.

Supposedly, online attacks are not against the rules (but there are plenty of obstacles built in for people who choose to go this route, so they might as well be)

The harassment rule is incredibly vague and leaves a lot up to individual interpretation.

Coded-in protection for people who turn around and attack others repeatedly is also a major flaw. Attack someone else, lose your code-enabled crutch. Seems like common sense, no?
