give to the winners like it says
just get rid of it altogether...because....WTF? seriosuly.
allow the winner to shove the credits up the ass of whomever they want, bc wtf else can you do with 5 Dev Points? the recipient receives a tag as such (5 credits, shoved up their ass)

why bother having a prize? we get the creds and really the tag should be enough.
