Look's like maybe it's your education and your skill level.
Seem's to be working just fine for me.

1. You find a nice busy corner and bust out some cups to use as shells.
2. You pull out a tiny fuzz-ball to use as bait.
2. You look for some targets to drop some bucks down.

Result: After shifting and moving the cups, your target loses sight of the ball and guesses incorrectly! You just made $5 from the chump!
