idea... if Cipher can keep track of votes, I think a bunch of us should throw some cash in a pot and the top 3 people with the most votes by the end of the month win, what do you guys reckon?

ill throw in 500k, if we can get up 1-2m it should be a nice incentive to vote
1st place = 50%
2nd = 35%
3rd = 15%
