Secondly how would you equip a good weapon with drek stats..??

i think they are reffering to the idea that a good weapon will not start working well for you until you get your stats above the minimum requirments, i am sceptical about this and think that you should equip the best weapon possible but if im wrong i would like to hear why.

Yeah maybe that's what he's trying to say, when him and batman get together I'm never very sure what they are trying to say..
