How can you say there's no stratergie to this? How about you get more active players in your gang so this can't happen? I think that there's an obvious stratergy in this, erm, the stratergy off attack when there's not a lot of people about so you can get your points, loose less AP and finish the war ASAP before some other gang gets involved. Twisted Seems obvious enough to me.
