This is about correct, there are other factors involved but with 20 + endo for the most part if you take the zero off the end of each amount of increase in happy you will have a rough idea of the amount of dev you can expect on average...
Villa $737,250 600
Ranch $1,720,250 700 for 1 mil you get 10 extra dev
Midlan House $4,915,000 850 for 3 mil you get 15 axtra dev
Midlan Villa $9,830,000 1000 for 5 mil you get 15 extra dev
Decatur Beachhouse $14,745,000 1150 for 5 mil you get 15 extra dev
Arcology House $19,660,000 1250 for 5 mil you get 10 extra dev
If you look back at the even smaller housing you would think you get 10 extra dev for alot less... The issue is people who are in that low of housing do not have the endo and will not get that kind of return...
But YES!
When you get to the much higher endo (30 +) the return per happy will increase to maybe 15 per 100 happy...
And with that shouldn't you be getting around 15 dev a train now?? |
