Nah, money isn't everything in life, I like it how it is, some things take time. If you payed 100k for your children to be at school for one year do you think they would have the same knowledge of someone that has been school for 3 years and payed nothing? I think the school system should stay how it is, although maybe some more classes as people may of finished them by now.
