When's the last time a player has been hit 5 times in a short period, stimmed then hosp the whole gang of the other guy as revenge? And still, he cant hit them more than 5 times each. Doing so will either take him a few hours of energy refresh or a ton of credits. Revenge do come with a price, always.

I seem to remember Raf taking out a bunch of people and some high levels couldn't fight back. It's not that simple of a solution. The issue with that has since been fixed, but making a hard cap of 5 hits per 24 hours will lead to other issues.
