Any know what stats play a big role in these crimes?

I can do them. I think XP from crimes and level have the most to contribute.

But, but, can you do them at 80+%? (Or at least 70, i suppose) and what do you mean by XP from crimes contributing?

I'm 99% sure it's a level and randomness thing.

When you get to 38, I'd suggest stepping up from the Three Dice Con to the Coin con. Doing it before then will just get you jailtime.
