From my local 'Job Dig' (job-finder weekly magazine). Microsoft is opening here next year and has really weird questions that are asked in interviews (Bill Gates' idea).
Microsoft Interview Question Example No.1:
How many golfballs would it take to fill up a standard sized school bus?

Microsoft Interview Question Example No.2:
If you had a bucket that holds 5 gallons of water and a bucket that holds 3 gallons of water, how could you accurately determine exactly 4 gallons of water?
