Another good way is to arrange to buy an item from someone, get them to send it to you, and then dont pay them. You will be famous within minutes!

My master plan is to become the oldest lvl13 in existence. when everyone else is level 8600, and I'm a wizzened old man huddled over my cyber-fire (we'll have those in the future), I still intend on being lvl 13 and be handed my posterior by people half my age. But that's my plan... you can't have it.
