multiply your MAX energy by .156 if you are a donator, and it rounds up. that is your refresh rate for energy.

AP is not quite the same, i think its times 8% plus 1 for donators

edit: its more like 10% plus 1 for AP, i cant remember exactly how much it is

Action Points refresh at a minimum 10% every 5 minutes. Donators get a slight bonus no less than +1 extra AP

Lev 21 Donor with 45 AP -> 6AP

Unfortinatly the +1 bonus isn't always there. At level 24 you get 6 ap per refresh, regardless of donator status.
