What is the math on getting caught when your game fails a crime?
What makes it less likely?

The magic words are the activity of your gang members.

If most of your members are active, your crime will most likely to be succeeded.

Wasn't so much asking about what causes crime to fail but what exactly it is that keeps one member out of jail or getting cut down byt the cops versus another.

What is the math on that? Is is completely random or do certain stats/levels affect it?

i rhink he wants to know what makes the cops not to catch you if you fail a crime...

it may not be true, but if you are online (and little active by doing crimes and training) you'll not get caught

Yes, I rarely get caught or get hospitalized by gang crime. It's a safe bet that the activeness has something to do with the ratio of getting caught.

Its like any normal crime, there is a random factor of getting caught built into any failure
