Do you know how many lvl 20-22 claimed that so far? Of course, if you stay level 20 for 4 months, you will be strong but there's no pride in it, it's only normal.

There sure is pride in it. I'd rather be strong for my level than racing to high level without the stats to back it.

well actually chopper does level up at a normal speed, as you can see chopper has only been playing for 150 something days, but its choppers secret choice in items that also has a big play in his power, chopper also trains like a madman and is online most of the day..everyone that fights chopper is shoocked when they see his high hits.. its very strange.. if you dont beleave it find out the hard way.simple
